Class begins with an introductory art activity followed by two art projects and a story. October is "Monster Mash".

A new theme is presented each month, and each class is built around a children’s book. Mini Masters is an engaging program for young learners (ages 2 to 7) offered every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and every Thursday at 3:30 p.m.

Nearly all classes for children are offered free of charge thanks to grants from the Community Foundation of Greater Muscatine and Muscatine Charities.

Starting October 7, classes will be held in-person. Registration limited to 9 people (kids and adults). RSVP required. Classes will still be pre-recorded and added to our Muscatine Art Center Mini Masters Facebook page.

Books for this month:
10/7: "Leonardo the Terrible Monster" by Mo Willems
10/14: "If You're a Monster and You Know It" by Ed and Rebecca Emberley
10/21: "Love Monster" by Rachel Bright
10/28: "Monster Needs a Costume" by Paul Czajak

Summer 2020 (June-July-August-September) classes will be filmed and shown on the Muscatine Art Center Mini Masters Facebook page. Visit the page for more information and be sure to check back here for updates.
