Does the New Year's ball drop after your bed time? Not this year!

Join us on December 31st at 11:00 a.m. for a Facebook premiere or catch the video on Channel Nine! You can also return to this page on muscatineartcenter.org on December 31st for the video.

Special guests include Eulenspiegel Puppet Theater, children’s book author and illustrator Jennifer Black Reinhardt, Richard Sessler on piano, and Michelle Berns from the Environmental Learning Center. Other videos include the Regina music box and the Tangley Calliope, as well as tutorials for how to complete some of the projects found in the “party in a bag”. While the online event will take place on Facebook, kids are encouraged to dress up and make their own party hats and noisemakers. Special thank you to our Virtual Noon Year’s Eve guests and to Muscatine Hy-Vee for donating the paper bags.

Pick up your DIY Noon Year's Party in a bag for all of the supplies to follow along with the video. Bags can be picked up during regular business hours. Please note that the Muscatine Art Center is closed on December 24th and 25th and closes early on December 31st.
