Some supplies for scarecrows will be provided, and pumpkins will be available to create hand-carved Jack-O-Lanterns. Competition entries will be exhibited at the Muscatine Art Center from Thursday, October 29th through Sunday, November 1st. Cash prizes will be awarded for those winning the popular vote. Votes will be cast both online and in person.
The scarecrows will be on display in the side lawn of the Muscatine Art Center located at 1314 Mulberry Avenue. The Jack-O-Lanterns will be displayed in the Muscatine Art Center’s courtyard. All entries must be made by the individual contributing the item to the competition, and individuals can submit both an entry for a scarecrow and a Jack-O-Lantern.
