Visiting Artist Summer Workshops for Kids- Mandalas with Danna Fruetel- July 16 (4th-6th grade)
Artist Danna Fruetel will lead students in the art of drawing mandalas! Draw mandalas by folding square pieces of paper and using the fold lines to create designs that are radially symmetrical. Use pens, pencils, and watercolors to make the intricate designs come to life. All supplies will be provided.
For kids who have completed 4th-6th grade.
This project is supported by Quad City Arts, through the Arts Dollars re-granting program, supported by the Illinois Arts Council Agency and the Hubbell-Waterman Foundation. Thanks to the grant, these classes are free.
