"Art Array 2023" opens on March 17, 2023 and is organized by the Muscatine County Arts Council.

The Muscatine Country Arts Council is pleased to exhibit work by artists within a 50-mile radius of Muscatine. Each artist had the opportunity to submit up to two original pieces for consideration in the juried exhibition. Jurors Mary Alice Sessler and Jame Hayes selected recipients for cash prizes, scoring entries on originality of concept, technique, and impact.
