Welcome to our membership information!

The Friends of the Muscatine Art Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded to support the Muscatine Art Center and its educational and outreach programs. By sponsoring an annual membership drive and fund raising events, Friends generates moneys for scholarships, outreach programs, busing for local students to view exhibitions, and additional funding for the Muscatine Art Center Education Coordinator's position.

Because of our patrons membership in the Friends organization, The Muscatine Art Center has been able to expand education programs and reach out to an ever increasing and more diverse community of life-long learners.

MEMBERSHIP HAS MANY PRIVILEGES AT THE MUSCATINE ART CENTER

• Discounts on selected classes and workshops
• Invitations to opening receptions
• Advance notice of exhibitions, lectures, classes and workshops
• The chance to meet artists exhibiting at the Art Center.
• Utilization of a reading and research library.
• Consultation services with Art Center staff.

Membership contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law and are renewable annually. We encourage you to investigate whether your employer has a matching gift program.
